Our company culture reflects this commitment. We're a close-knit team united by a shared purpose: to make a positive impact on people's lives. We're driven by a spirit of collaboration and innovation, and we're always looking for new ways to improve our products and services. Our culture of care is not only to our customers and the end user, but to our staff as well. We operate an EWP - The Engagement Working Party - a group of staff from all areas of the business, that work together to build support networks, such as our mental first aiders. Social activities from a movie club page on our intranet to regular football games, and a collection of charity events, which range from Christmas Jumper Days to larger physical challenges.
