Our culture of care is not only to our customers and the end user, but to our staff as well. We operate an EWP - The Engagement Working Party - a group of staff from all areas of the business, that work together to build support networks, such as our mental first aiders. Social activities from a movie club page on our intranet to regular football games, and a collection of charity events, which range from Christmas Jumper Days to larger physical challenges.
